I tend to shoot time-lapse with my Rebel and if I use the flash I use a lot so this perfect. The batteries that come with it are NOT as powerful as the Canon ones. So Its probably a good idea to have 2x Canon Batteries mix them with 2x Generic. I was able to get about 6-7 hours of shooting taking a photo ever 30s or every 1min no flash no preview screen etc.. Also a huge plus to this for anyone that shoots a lot is the side buttons.

I don’t know in depth of lens technology, since I am new to this field and I don’t hesitate to call myself a novice user in this field. However I have been learning of late about all this stuff and reading the reviews of lens. About Sigma 70-300 DG lens – I am happy with it; I get to play around a lot connecting it to Canon 450D. Worth mentioning that I got very good portrait pictures and macros using this lense. It covers quite a good distance. Backgorund blurr effect is amazing. Quality may not be called as “Outstanding” as compared to canon telephoto lens. I will post few pictures taken by this lens.

28 Pc Ultimate Super Savings Deluxe Db Roth Accessory Kit For The Canon Digital Rebel XSI 12MP Digital SLR Camera Wrote to the company complaining that the bag sent was not the one shown on the net and I must say that I was very impressed at the quick response.I was a bit hasty and had previously written a negative review but my thinking has now changed and the stars would increase from a 3 to a 4.5 this is only due to the flash provided. In fairness to Dbroth,the price of all the items combined is very reasonable;however I did not give a 5 so that future buyers considering this kit for the flash would do carefull research befor ordering. Customer Review: Not Compatible With Canon DSLRs (i.e. Rebel series) Without Converter Battery
Contrary to the product title of “Canon CA-PS700 Compact Power Wall Adapter for Canon SX1IS and Digital Rebel XT/XTi & XS/XSi Cameras,” the CA-PS700 Compact Power Adapter does NOT include the battery necessary to actually charge any Rebel series cameras; therefore, it is not the right product for DSLR owners. The product picture of the power adapter + plug = all you get. There is no converter battery included. Amazingly, if one were to look on Canon’s website to find power adapters compatible with any DSLR in the Rebel series, one would come across the CA-PS700 Compact Power Adapter. But the CA-PS700 does not include a special converter battery that is supposed to be connected to the power cord and then inserted into the battery compartment; without the converter battery, the power cord is rendered useless. Somehow, this special converter battery is impossible to locate by itself on Canon’s website as well as on Amazon. What one needs is the Canon ACK-E5 AC Adapter Kit, which comes with the power adapter cord and special converter battery. Right now it only costs ten bucks more than the CA-PS700. For the fact that it works fine for point-and-shoots is great, and for anyone who is looking at this product to use for their Powershot S series, read the positive reviews for that and don’t let me dissuade you. I am giving this product a 1 star rating to caution consumers who are looking for an A/C power charge to their Rebel series.
